These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of op-treasure.com ("the Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by HIVE & KEEPER LTD (company number 09616901), registered at 73 Burntwood Grange Road, London, United Kingdom, SW18 3JY, trading as "op-treasure" ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Products
We sell trading card game (TCG) products, including sealed products, single cards and accessories. We make every effort to display our products, their colours and their condition accurately. Slight variations may occur between the images shown and the item received.
Card conditions (for example Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played) are described as accurately as possible. For single cards, the photograph or grading shown is representative of the item you will receive.

Orders and contract
When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. A binding contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, or we suspect fraudulent activity — and we will refund any payment already taken.

Pricing and payment
All prices are in Euros (EUR €) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure third-party payment providers. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price and will offer you the option to reorder at the correct price or receive a full refund.

Age requirement
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian to make the purchase.

Intellectual property
All trading card products, card artwork, names and logos are the property of their respective rights holders (for example the game publishers). The content of the Site, including our logo, text and layout, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reproduced without our written permission.

Availability and errors
We try to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or that product descriptions and stock levels are complete or current at all times.

Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
