Refund & Returns Policy

This policy applies to purchases from op-treasure.com, operated by HIVE & KEEPER LTD (company number 09616901), trading as "op-treasure". It sits alongside your legal rights and does not replace them.

Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To cancel, email info@op-treasure.com with your name and order number.
Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. We will refund the full order value, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of receiving proof that you have sent them).

Condition of returned items
- Returned items must be in their original, unused and resaleable condition.
- Sealed products (booster boxes, booster packs, sealed decks and similar) must be returned unopened. Once a sealed product has been opened, its condition and resale value are affected, and we may reduce your refund to reflect the diminished value, as permitted by law.
- Single cards must be returned in the same condition and protective packaging in which they were sent.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods we supply must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. You will be entitled to a full refund, replacement or repair, and we will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or incorrect items. Please include photographs of any damage where possible, as this helps us resolve the issue quickly.

Return postage
For change-of-mind returns under the 14-day cancellation right, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method in Euros (EUR €). Once your return has been received and processed, please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to return an item
1. Email info@op-treasure.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will confirm the return address and provide instructions.
3. Package the item securely and send it back within the timeframe above.
Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay your refund.
